DIGITAL COACHING PROCESSES

Step One: Pre-Program Discovery

Before we start the coaching process, we have a discovery process where we determine how we will work together to offer you the best, we can also call it a preliminary interview. In this 15–20-minute preliminary meeting, we first try to understand your expectations from coaching. Then we share with you what Coaching is and our coaching processes. If it is decided to start coaching activities mutually, the relevant coaching package is selected, and the process begins

Step Two: Coaching Contract and Preliminary Preparation

Before the first session, an account belonging to you is created on the mobile application that we will use throughout the coaching process and the relevant information is shared with you. All our processes are realized online through this mobile application. Our mobile application works in compliance with GDPR and KVKK and all information can only be viewed between the coach and the client.

Following the creation of the account, the Coaching Contract is sent to you through the application for your approval and you are expected to approve it before the initial session. This contract includes mutual responsibilities and processes, also including information on how long the program will last, fees and outputs.

Immediately after this, Pre-Coaching Questions are shared with you through the application, where the aim is for the Coach to get to know you better and to determine the areas we will focus on in advance.

Just before the initial session, the Strengths Test is shared with you through the application

Step Three: Coaching Activities

The number of coaching interviews within the scope of the selected coaching package are carried out face-to-face or online, depending on the content of the package, each lasting 40-60 minutes.

In each interview, the client is expected to come up with an agenda and set a goal that can be achieved as a result. We encourage you to read our blog post "What Coaching Is Not?" to better understand our session process.

Between sessions, the coach can share different tests, short readings, homework, and practices with the client via the mobile application. The shares here are completely personal and are expected to be finalized before the next session.

At the end of each session, the coach can give you a brief session summary and a short share of the actions taken.

Again, the coach and the client continue to stay connected between the sessions primarily with the Chat program on the mobile application or by phone if it is necessary. The questions that arise in the client's mind are answered before the next session.

Step Four: Ending Coaching

Coaching is terminated with the last session interview of the selected coaching package. The whole process is reviewed and evaluated, the targets set at the beginning are compared with the ones achieved, and new development areas and potentials, if any, are discussed.

If it is included in the selected package, the interaction between the coach and the client can continue for the time specified by the mobile application. During this process, tests, short readings, homework, and practices can be shared with the client. At the end of the specified process, the client's account on the application is closed and all data belonging to him is deleted from the system.

Investigating Your Own Reality Is Wise

Self-Awareness, at its core, is the ability to see ourselves clearly and purely; understanding who we are, how others see us, and how we fit in this world.

Value Oriented Living

Our values are the basic principles that guide how we want to live our lives. As these define the person we want to be, while providing us some standards for evaluating our actions

What is not Yoga?

For some reason, in our country, yoga is always referred to as an activity done by women. Maybe it's because of the fact that I discovered yoga even though I had been doing sports for many years, so it was quite late.
