ALIGNMENT KEY DIGITAL COACHING PROCESSES

Coaching is a mutually active process based on collaboration between the coach and the client. The coach is responsible for organizing these processes, while the client is responsible for taking action and the resulting results.

Step One: Pre-Program Discovery

Before starting the coaching process, we have a discovery process where we determine how we will work together to offer you the best, we can also call it a preliminary meeting. In this 15-20 minute preliminary meeting, we first try to understand your expectations from coaching. Then we share with you what coaching is and our coaching processes. If it is mutually decided to start coaching, the relevant coaching package is selected and the process begins.

Step Two: Coaching Contract and Preliminary Preparation

Before the first session, an account is opened for you on the mobile application that we will use throughout the process and the relevant information is shared with you. All our processes are monitored online through this environment. Our mobile application works in compliance with GDPR and KVKK and all information can only be viewed between the coach and the client.

After the account is created, you will be asked to confirm Coaching Contract It is sent via the application and you are expected to approve it before the session. This contract includes mutual responsibilities and processes, as well as information about how long the program will last, fees and outcomes.

Immediately after this, we will contact you again via the application. Pre-Coaching Questions are shared, the aim here is for the Coach to know you better and determine in advance the areas we will focus on.

Just before the last session, you will be contacted via the application again. Strengths Test is shared.

Step Three: Coaching Activities

The number of coaching sessions included in the selected coaching package will be conducted face-to-face or online, each lasting 40-60 minutes, depending on the package content.

The client is expected to come to each session with an agenda and to set an achievable goal. We recommend that you read our blog post, “What Coaching Is Not?” to better understand our session process.

In between sessions, the coach can share different tests, short readings, homework assignments and applications with the client via the mobile application. The sharing here is completely personal and is expected to be completed before the next session.

At the end of each session, the coach may share with you a short session summary and actions taken.

Again, the coach and the client continue to stay connected between sessions, primarily through the Chat program on the mobile application or by phone when necessary. Questions that arise in the client's mind are answered before the next session.

Step Four: Concluding Coaching

Coaching is concluded with the last session meeting of the selected coaching package. The entire process is reviewed and evaluated, the initially determined goals are compared with those achieved, and new development areas and potentials, if any, are discussed.

If included in the selected package, the interaction between the coach and the client can continue for the specified period of time with the mobile application. During this process, tests, short readings, homework and applications can be shared with the client. At the end of the specified period, the client's account on the application is closed and all of his/her data is deleted from the system.
