Co-founder of Alignment Key

Dinçer is the Co-founder of Alignment Key that supports individuals mentally, physically, and spiritually as they embark on their personal journeys of self-discovery.

He has been working in the field of information technology for more than 25 years and currently leads sales in one of the leading IT companies in the world. She also teaches yoga and meditation in studios and coaches internal and external clients.

Dinçer spent his childhood in Izmir, and unlike many Izmir residents, he could not easily leave Ankara, where he came to study electronics engineering, which he loved very much. The friendships he made there still hold an important place in his life. He started his first business in Ankara, a local company in Ortaş, and after a while, with the acquisition of the company by Ericsson, he suddenly moved to a global company. He was able to do his beloved engineering under the conditions of our country for only a few years and turned to the sales-business development side. He was only in his early 30s when global corporate dynamics finally threw him to Istanbul. He worked for a long time in many different positions within Ericsson, from business development to marketing, from service sales to contract management, and successfully completed many projects at home and abroad.

Life is sometimes full of surprises, and at a time when he thought of himself as very successful and even expected a promotion, he lost his job because of a downsizing at Ericsson (I guess he didn't know enough about self-awareness at the time). But there are dozens of doors that open after a door that closes, they say, and he quickly took up his new role at Hewlett Packard, where he came to Oracle after more than five years as a sales executive, where he has overseen managing different sales teams for more than a decade.

He was introduced to yoga during the most volatile period of her life. The lessons, which started with some hesitation but curiosity at first, started to take an important place in his life. He really felt different, he met the challenges much more easily, he paid much more attention to his body, which he had neglected for a long time. He met his teacher Chris Chavez, who had a very important place in his life at that time, at Cihangir Yoga and received both yoga basic teacher training and advanced training from him. Then, with the meeting with Banu, the concepts of Breath and Mind coaching began to enter his life.

Investigating Your Own Reality Is Wise

Self-Awareness, at its core, is the ability to see ourselves clearly and purely; understanding who we are, how others see us, and how we fit in this world.

Value Oriented Living

Our values are the basic principles that guide how we want to live our lives. As these define the person we want to be, while providing us some standards for evaluating our actions

What is not Yoga?

For some reason, in our country, yoga is always referred to as an activity done by women. Maybe it's because of the fact that I discovered yoga even though I had been doing sports for many years, so it was quite late.
