BG5™ Business Success Code Workshop is designed to have your employees and managers participate in half or full day workshops, where they can uncover the personal competencies and gifts, and how they can move most comfortably and seamlessly in business life, helping companies to have more productive employees and leaders, and more successful business outcomes that they will create.

The main purpose of the BG5™ Success Code workshop is to transform the lives and careers of participants by discovering their unique competencies and skills so that they can achieve personal success and satisfaction. Secondarily, participants will get introduced to the uniqueness of others, and the gifts everyone brings to the table. It is the unique gifts that everyone brings, which than sums up to a bigger synthesis. And the synthesis created, is always bigger than the sum of its parts. While managers and employees progress successfully in their careers, through a better understanding of themselves and others, companies have more efficient and effective employees, and better outcomes and business results.

With BG5™, managers and employees can; transform their personal presumptions by discovering how to progress at work and in their careers learn how to be more efficient and successful within their teams in line with their unique designs and have the opportunity to successfully overcome the various barriers and challenges in their business lives and careers.

Workshop will be tailored to specific business needs and requirements if desired and delivered in a collaborative and inclusive style. All participants unique design information will be integrated into the content, and participants will go through a self discovery and awareness journey throughout the workshop. By raising the awareness and success of the individuals, and enabling them to partner with each other with an acceptance of everyones uniqueness, a positive impact and better business outcomes can be realised.

In the first module, employees gain knowledge about career types, personal interactions, and information assimilation styles.

Career Type

It shows how individuals are designed to express themselves in the business world. Understanding their type allows individuals to work with their unique Career Designs rather than resisting or working against them. While there are millions of variations in Career Design, there are fundamental Career Types that everyone belongs to.

It is the roadmap for individuals to make beneficial decisions for themselves. Decision-Making Strategy is the best way to reliably make informed decisions while navigating their unique paths in the business world.

Key Indicators

This section evaluates whether the decisions made allow individuals to express their unique gifts. It offers a simple approach to understanding if things are going well.

Prior to the workshop, participants' BG5 analyses are obtained by acquiring the necessary information, and participants' information is integrated into the presentation, allowing everyone to increase their self-awareness during the workshop.
